At Modern Mane, we strive to create a clean, professional, and relaxing environment for all our clients. Please review our policies before your appointment:
For the safety and comfort of all our clients and staff, we do not allow animals or pets in the salon. If you require a service animal, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate you appropriately. We understand that unexpected childcare issues can arise. If you have a last-minute babysitter cancellation, please call the salon as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you while ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind. Our goal is to ensure every client leaves satisfied with their service. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact the salon within one week of your appointment so we can assess the situation and work towards a resolution.
Pricing
All pricing is based on a starting price and may vary depending on factors such as hair length, time required, and product usage. Before beginning any service, we will provide a clear price estimate so there are no surprises.
We also have a tiered pricing structure in place, with different pricing levels based on our artists’ experience and expertise. If you have any questions or need clarification, we will be happy to discuss this during your consultation.
Late Arrivals
f you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, to ensure our stylists remain on schedule for other clients, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or, in some cases, reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to complete your service due to lateness, cancellation fees may apply.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our stylists’ time!
No Call/No show
If you do not show up for your appointment without any communication, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after this window, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
